I'm surprised no one has mentioned Mantis and Luna against dive. Luna's might be harder to land, but Mantis sedate you can just throw at the ground and they'll sleep for a good 3 seconds.

Off the top of my head, Cloak and Dagger because they don't have to aim. Dagger can self-heal very easily, and Cloak can give himself and his teammates invincibility for a second or two.

Loki can also hard-counter divers using his clones and invisibility to escape.

By comparison, Rocket has to aim carefully because his primary fire shoots projectiles, and even if he tries to wallrun away they'll just target him again when he's on the ground again.

Except lately, all the “Jeff” players I’ve dealt with only exist for creating memes and nothing more. They don’t heal at all and try to be attacker focused. Then they die pretty quickly.

It is an “skill issue” but not what you’re talking about.
