No to female 007 or female James Bond (or Jane/Janet and so on). If they want a female MI6 or other sites agent from Bond universe they should make new character like Nomi, Paloma or even reintroduce Jinx again (Halle Berry could return). For a start a fifth Brosnan film as old Bond would be great.
