Warner Bros, Sony, and Paramount have monetized the fake AI YouTube trailers
Instead of copyright striking the videos, they've asked revenue to flow in their direction

On one hand, I think it's better if they try to strike down the AI videos as thats false advertisement and can mislead users who could get confused.
But if they can't take it down, then I guess it makes sense to go woth compensation, even if it's still wrong to do so.
• Owner's name is Nikhil P. Chaudhari and he's based in India
• Pumps up to a dozen AI slop videos a week
• Claims to have made millions off the videos
• For those who are fooled by his trailers, he said, 'What’s the harm?'

Hah! Youngsters - there were fake Star Wars trailers for Episode II online in 2000 on sites like https://TheForce.net…
Your actions says that you care about money and machine-generated images over hard work created by human hands.
The harm is that it hurts true artists and creates a lack of creativity.
So don't give that lame excuse and stop this madness
except screen culture.
fk that guy.
too many times i got sideswiped thinking his AI slop was real.
the harm?
is not saying it's fake.

bro fails to see the long term damage to their IP
I feel like anyone with working eyeballs must KNOW that these fake trailers just VISUALLY all look awful
Like if those trailers WERE how they actually made movie trailers? And if movies actually looked like that? Holy shit I don’t think I’d ever watch a movie ever again lmao
But remember this:

A © owner has to sue in the country where infringment takes place based on THAT countries laws.
So taking the money instead is more practical.
You're wondering to yourself, why is this video getting so many views and there's nothing that says "fan-made"? Until you look real good closely attention into description about the video, it clearly says "concept", as it means it's clearly not even real and it's fake.
Picture this way, you're scrolling for somewhat videos, and you see an new video claims to be an (2026) Iron Man 5 with Robert Downey Jr, and you clicked on it, to find out that all of the scenes were already been taken from older movie trailers into this new video and call it a "trailer"
They don’t make money and even if they move channels, they lose the money again. It won’t be worth it to continue. They can’t make money off it regardless cause no one will pay for this junk.
