Hard question to narrow down! Mint, cucumbers, green beans are always in my garden.
Culinary and fragrant herbs are often beautiful, too. Catmint and russian sage bloom all summer.

I'm a fragrance fiend, so blacklace elderberry, lonicera and roses.June is the best month of all because they bloom then and I sit out late on the patio drinking in their fragrance and watching the sphinx moths.
