Jaime, given the low accuracy of RAT tests, I test daily for as long as my ME/CFS crash is going, whereas now, one test will be more than enough to confirm that I overdid it again 😫 and that my protective layers against C19 have worked.

I’m grateful to learn as much as I can, Karin. Clearly the federal “health” agencies aren’t going to be reliable sources of information.
