It looks like LDN may help with #LongCovid. www.frontiersin.org/journals/mol...

Australia: COVID cases are set to soar this winter in Australia due to the highly contagious Omicron strain LP.8.1, which caused major outbreaks overseas and accounted for 3 in 5 COVID cases in the UK in March 2025. Source: www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article...

The LNP don't like their own words repeated back to them, which is why they're infuriated by this ad. Which is also why you should share it.

every person involved in this needs to be in prison

Some Carnaby Black cockatoos that came to feed off my Banksia yesterday. #carnaby #blackcockatoo.

Just wanted to share some pictures of the red-tailed black cockatoos that come and feed on my Silver Princess eucalyptus tree. The same family comes with their offspring each year. They will be feeding daily off my tree for the next few months and will give it a good top trim at the same time.

This was a fantastic interview. Sobering but good. #longcovid #longcovidkids #Covidisairborne soundcloud.com/user-5879035...

This was such a wonderful article #mask #covidisairborne #covid misfitmentalhealth.substack.com/p/why-are-pe...

THIS👇 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

COVID was an opportunity to adapt & be a more inclusive society. We could have learned about airborne spread & adopted clean air standards. Improved ventilation. Made more outdoor spaces. Normalized masking. Instead we’ve politicized infection control & made society less safe for everyone

This was a nice article.

Wilcox: "If you or your child is attending an Ontario university and they are not taking the proper precautions, they are at risk of graduating with worse cognitive performance than when they arrived....The responsibility lies with university leadership." Masks reduce the risk while we wait!

One hour wait at the haematologist. It’s and open floor clinic, people with active cancer getting chemo and transfusions. Receptionist coughing and snotting, nurse coughing on patients. Not one mask & no air purifier in sight. #mask #covidisairborne #cleanair

Goddamn.

If you're an official who says that we need to work to prevent the next pandemic, but have been silent about stopping mask bans, then you are just virtue signaling.

Challenge for this year, living life more creatively despite #ME/CFS and #POTS. I am trying macrame while in a horizontal position. Project so far…

Some of my ME/CFS symptoms resemble C19, so I am constantly RAT testing. This year, I will be using the Pluslife Mini dock which should cut down testing. The PlusLife will be a game changer for us.

That time when antivaxxers thought so hard that they accidentally re-invented vaccines.

I think all sectors and individuals need to act as if the nation had voted YES on the Voice referendum.

Imagine if they did this in the spaces children spend their days. I’m quite certain we’d witness much less illness. It’s such a simple & rudimentary thing, a good filter. It ain’t brain surgery and I’m no science person but even I figured it out. #WYKYK #CleanTheAir #CleanerAirBetterHealth #IAQ

"A request made through ChatGPT, an AI-based virtual assistant, consumes 10 times the electricity of a Google Search" This isn't a game. This is accelerated destruction via huge usage of power, water, resources etc. Stop using it - especially for messing about!! www.unep.org/news-and-sto...

Protect your brain

The issue for many here in Australia is that the government has severely restricted access to these treatments. Most people are not eligible to receive them, and even those who qualify may still not be able to access them.

This may explain why we are having increased car accidents and fatalities.

Another reason not to get C19. www.cell.com/cell-host-mi...

A survey is collecting data from PAIS patients (post-Covid, Lyme, EBV etc) from all over the world. Participation is online. Here's the link: s2survey.net/pais/ It's run by the Medical University Vienna, @univie.ac.at and the Austrian society for ME/CFS. H/T @neurostingl.bsky.social!

People are developing debilitating Long Covid after covid infection no. 4, 5 or 6, even if the first few seemed mild. We need better data on how many people this is happening to, now. Governments need to stop hiding their heads in the sand and pretending it will all go away.

You do not need to worry about your friends and loved ones who are still taking precautions, but please understand that your friends and loved ones who are still taking precautions are doing so (at least in part) because they care enough to worry about you.

It’s very interesting. I think my posts were severely throttled on Medtwitter… because now I am finally getting some “mainstream” doctors replying to the evidence about COVID damage on MedSky… and it mostly seems to be a case of “let’s not get worried”.

Melbourne teens behind award-winning Covid tracking site pick up another accolade – their Atars. "After winning plaudits for their website CovidBaseAU, Jack Graffeo, Wesley Mu and Darcy Hersbach are among the state’s top students in this year’s VCEs" www.theguardian.com/australia-ne...

Every time I get an mRNA C19 vaccine I lose some of my baseline. If I were to get C19, my ME/CFS and associated other issues will most likely get worse. With no #Novavax in sight for Australians, I always lose. We decided to go with the mRNA. Wish me luck.

A friend went to her GP to get the C19 vaccine a few days ago. She specifically asked for the new one. She was told that she could only have what they had, so they gave her the old Moderna. She felt bullied and did not know how to say NO.

It's #FluorescenceFriday and this will always be one of my favorite photos I took from the hippocampus, a small, complex part of the brain that plays a key role in learning and memory. This region is involved in all my projects, plays a key role in Alzheimer and also can be affected by #NeuroCovid.

Never forget the CDC role on helping #H5N1 spread and mutate around the country. They refused scientists help when it was crucially needed.

Only skimmed it so far, but this report on "Online misinformation in Australia" is interesting and I'd love to see this for other places. Honestly, at this point I find it encouraging, "that the vast majority of adult Australians want to be able to identify misinformation and are trying to do so" 🧪
