You only need 10 minutes of preparation and 10 minutes of baking and then it's ready. 😋👇
200 g Flour
1 TL Salt
1 THE oil
110 ml Water
200 g sour cream
salt and pepper Nutmeg
2 onion(s)
100 g Bacon, in fine strips or cubes
Make a dough from flour, salt, oil and water. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands, otherwise add a little more flour. Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.
Stir the sour cream until smooth and season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg if you like.
Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin on a work surface dusted with flour and place it on a baking tray or baking stone. Now spread the sour cream on top, spread the onion on top and sprinkle with the bacon.
