Millett asks if there is a prior instance in history where the AEA was used to remove people without process. DOJ says of course, it's in Ludecke. Millett directs him to fn 5 of Ludecke, which says there was a board hearing. "That's what I'm talking about. They had a process there and a decision"

I wish one of the judges had called him out for complaining about the same thing that the government is doing to these plaintiffs.
