In 2022, the 20–24 group was made up of people born ~1998–2002.
By 2025, they’ve aged into the 23–27 range, so most are now counted in older brackets (25–29).
Meanwhile, the new 18–19-year-olds entering don’t fully refill the gap yet, so the 20–24 bar appears smaller.
