Being preached to by millionaire Toynbee is always hard to stomach...she, who cheered the removal of the WFA off still vulnerable pensioners who failed the pension credit limit and desperately wanted the triple lock gone....so now, frail people being blamed, cute...
The article talks about people who are eligible not talking them up, such as NHS workers, over 65s and childhood vaccinations. It doesn't mention a family of 5 getting triple vaccinated. I 𝑤𝑎𝑠 shocked that, as someone who works in a school, the flu jab is not free anymore. It used to be.
I think you'll find this article is calling for people who are eligible for NHS vaccines to get vaccinated and pointing out that increasingly few people are taking up the ones which are available.
Reopen closed A&Es, and as many wards and ICUs as you can employ nurses etc to staff! Increase nurses pay to retain staff, give free hospital parking for staff!

The simple way we can ALL help is to wear a mask. Preferably a well-fitting FFP2/3 respirator mask.
The JCVI have significantly reduced the number of people eligible for Covid vaccines.
But masks work - against all respiratory infections - and they are variant-proof.
