Never watched Buffy, I was already too old, but this is sad. And a liver transplant already?
Without knowing the cause of death or speculating, I just want to say that child actors often seem to have a rough adolescence & adulthood. Hollywood doesn't take care of these children.

This hits so hard first because buffy was such an integral part of my teen-hood and second, because she was so young.
