Yesterday the olds relocated to be closer to us. However, they were utterly miffed that I reorganised my diary to go and help today when the things got a bit stressy. Apparently they want to be closer but not actually see us. Silly me 🤦🏼♀️

I have similar issues. My mum is now on her own and complains she never sees anyone. If I offer to pop in she always says no and makes reasons why I shouldn't 🙄
Oh no!! I have discovered that if I force my way in they’re quietly pleased. I don’t have the energy for the fight or the game playing 😂 sorry to hear you have a relatable situation :(
