The problem is on first viewing it makes the picture look AI-generated. I like the idea but I got stuck on „could this be AI-generated“.

Yeah I get it. That’s the sad reality of what artists have to go through. This drawing was a way for me to let my emotions out so honestly I don’t really care if people think it’s AI. It would actually be odd to create anti AI piece with AI 😅

It is! Very symbolic for a few reasons. Obviously the AI hand getting stabbed is symbolic of "no AI", but also the fact that the stabbed hand could be interpreted as AI failing to illustrate the hand holding a pencil properly!

Really beautiful poster/art. Love it. I couldn't help but notice the 6 fingers instead of 5 too.

Side note / perspective: a pencil, a lightbox, and an app (procreate / photoshop) are all just tools too. Pandora is out of the box, embrace it, be creative with it - there is no putting it back.

Yeah no. This piece was created exactly because I’m sick and tired of hearing about “embracing it”. I know first hand how it feels so no. Art is what brings me joy and I don’t want a machine doing it for me.
