My body has informed me that today will be a recovery day. We will be watching Star Trek and eating nourishing foods in this household today, and maybe doing some therapy exercises. That is all.

Sounds like a perfect way to relax! Aside from Chakotay's character, Voyager is one of my very favorite Star Treks. I will love Janeway, 7 and the doctor forever! For my self-care, I'll be playing my guitar and watching House of the Dragon.
We just finished TNG, starting right after the election, one or two episodes a night. It was good therapy. Now we're on Babylon 5 and it feels apropos, given it's tone. Also cathartic... watching a small group of honorable people fight great darkness.
Have you tried ST: Lower Decks? Very fun show! Goes great with a bowl of oatmeal! Recommended mix-in: dilithium crystals. Recommended bev accompaniment: Romulan Ale.
Kinda same - I played a lot of spades on my phone. I did manage to get out of my pajamas to meet a friend her her delightful kiddo for lunch. Returned to my cozy den. Regrouped later in the evening to make it to a fund raiser/ dance party for Dems. Home by 10:30p. Kept it all chill. Sloth day.
