Can't we just reconstitute the Metropolitan Water Board and hand over all Thames Water's assets, and TUPE its employees, except the board and senior management? Then let the TW shareholders fight their way out of their self-created mess

For everybody spitting tacks as they wait at a shoddy temporary light on the road contemplating a 30% rise in their massive metered bills .. that’s only about 100 lawyers on the task.
