It seems like that what they are going to do for a bit. You have luigi Mansion 2, sorta with donkey Kong returns since it's based off of the 3ds version, and the rumored 3ds kirby game.

I think the main thing with 3DS (and GCN and Wii) is that, yeah, some of the games I do want proper remasters of, but others are like, you know it's probably not going to happen.

Mario Sports, Party, Karts, weird stuff like Code Name Steam. A lot would get left behind. Need a place for them.

The 3DS Fire Emblems in particular need to be made available. New players can't access the DLC and that means Fates in particular is missing 1/3 of the game

Don't think we can say the same for the other three but 3D Land's whole shtick was to use the 3d effect, oh which, unless Labo 2 is released will probably mean it would be significantly overhauled if touched at all.

I will 100 percent always prefer an a la carte option to a subscription. I have honestly come to hate subs. I would rather play when the mood strikes me, not when my sub is active or not. 🤷‍♂️
