We should work on this, for the future. We've likely had presidents in decline in the past, even if they were not formally diagnosed until afterward

Pretty sure I talked about this somewhere years ago, but the issue with the 25th Ammmendment is like VP and majority of cabinet to a President are ones who can declare they have lost judgement, and lackeys aren't likely to do that.
