Russia killed 19 people in Kryvyi Rih, of them 9 children, and injured almost 70. As usual, Russian propaganda says that they hit a meeting of Ukrainian and NATO officers.
US ambassador to Ukraine says "missile struck" as if it's a rain or snow. What a shame.
