Alex's deadline is Saturday. If you've ever shared an 'oh no' comic - especially if you shared this doctored one with a fourth panel added! rude! - then chuck them a quick donation for their horrible, horrible legal battle.

Case should've been thrown out, considering the history of the publisher. For context Golden Bell has long stolen from artists and developers, and also has scammed people for years.
The list is scarily long as to how many creatives they've screwed over. Justin Purvis, Keith Brown, Whitney Grace, Artem Safarov, Megan McKay, Jason Anarchy... The list is LARGE.
Ahh FUCK.... I think I may have shared one that a few times... I have no idea where the edit came from but still, and fiscal reasons prevent donations from me...
Donated, and will make sure I identify the artist if I see it used w/o sig block! musi Creators need to protect their copyright, b/c if it’s not continually protected, you lose it (I have had to fight for one of mine, in a very minor way, in a very particular niche, and it sucks).
The details you need are in replies to this thread. I'm not mentioning them by name because Alex doesn't and I don't want to do anything that makes their legal woes worse.
The format has always been 3 panels ending with the oh no for all the comics, same for this one in the original. Afaik this was fan art, not something they added at random after the fact.
Knowing the format and this comic I kinda skipped over it and mentally inserted the oh no in the the last panel, but you are absolutely right about this version.
Wow, I always though this one was a bit weird since I noticed the trend of their comics ending in “oh no” I just always thought that they added an extra panel for this one to add a bit more to the joke! Hope they can win their legal battle!

Donated to ease my conscience.
Here is a link to an article that reflects their misbehaviour with another creator.

The comic still makes the same point without it. People don’t need it spoonfed to them.
My memory is of it there when he posted it, but... memory is fallible.

Huh.
Memory, eh?
Sorry, what were we talking about?
