What topics are out there that you think would be interesting to cover this week? Not really a mailbag request but just wanting to get a feel for vibes at the moment? Are there topics out there to explore, both at Arsenal and wider?

I would be interested in seeing Arsenal's realistic chances of winning the league versus Liverpool, City, and any others. Something extremely detailed and loaded with numbers.
Exploring the January window, and it's limitations in terms of top signings... Off the top of my head... Suarez, Auba, Van Djik, Arshavin (relatively unknown at the time) Bruno, Andy Cole, Anelka and maybe Monreal if I want to really stretch it. Why?
Are there interesting or Arsenal-specific statistical outputs that characterise the 1st half of 22/23 and the 2nd half of 23/24 that were absent in periods of worse form? Are there any definable proxy metrics for a ‘good’ Arsenal team to reliably use to analyse Arsenal without knowing the results
Also a comparison of Jesus’ Arsenal (Pre-World Cup) and Havertz’ Arsenal (23/23 run-in), what made those teams successful and which you preferred on the eye and which you think best equips a team for winning a PL and/or CL
I’m a biggest fan of pre-World Cup Fast-Start FC Arsenal
Would also be interested to know what your predicted goals for/against are for Arsenal in the PL this year - And what we would need to achieve for you to confidently predict a PL win. Also prediction and methodology for individual goal contributions of the front three in PL this season
I'd be curious about a comparison of how Arteta did or did not deploy Pepe, Marquinhos and Viera compared to Nwaneri in the first X number of appearances (however many Nwaneri is at) at the start of their tenure with Arsenal.
Ref stats would be interesting, number of cards, sending off and frees over the last 3 years, also have observed a change in the increase of direct balls compared to last year would be interested to see/hear if the stats reflect that.
Hear me out... are games more 'exciting' on smaller pitches. Games at Wembley always look like a massive slog. And our play always seemed to have so much zip at Highbury.
Why is Russell Martin playing Southampton in the manner he is. They don’t pass the eye or the data test but they’re sticking with him. What do Southampton see that I definitely do not?
Merino’s impact on our team. Is he the duel monster we expected? What does he bring to the attack? What does it mean for others he plays with? The eye test over past 2 games is good…but what about the data?
Are promoted teams getting better or worse? Feels like Leicester and Southampton are two of the worst promoted teams in a while, would be interesting to see the data
I'd be interested in a deeper look at strength of schedule for the various teams so far this season. I think generally people know that Arsenal have had a tough schedule, especially given away matches, and that Liverpool have had a soft schedule, but how tough and how soft?
Would love a former young gunners update. How are Awobi, ESR, Omari, Albert, etc performing? Also, I’ve heard about this winger doing good work at Villarreal. Might he be a suitable back up for Saka?
Let's get some data on how sustainable Liverpool's run is, and what their future looks like. Have they been riding their luck? If so, how much. If not, shall we give up now?
i’d love to dredge up the refereeing decisions again personally. in all seriousness though, i would love some commentary on jota silva throwing players to the floor and kicking the ball away unpunished. not sure i’ll ever get over it
The direction appears to be multi-club ownership, which offers a means to hoard young talent etc. I am no fan of it, for moral reasons if nothing else but are we insisting on using dial-up in the fibre optic era?
