The law is really muddy so unclear what is or isn't legal but it certainly empowers cops and Victorian judges to piss and shit on us. It's like the Human Rights Act, Equality Act, and other law protecting us doesn't exist. It just shows what they think of us.

I don't think it's very unclear when the CPS says it's "deception as to sex" and can be considered grounds for prosecution. It definitely indicates what they think of us, though.

I don't see it as deception. Sold as seen. Don't like it? Not my problem. I'm not having my existence criminalised nor do I like being threatened with being putting in a man's prison which would be another insult.

I don't understand your response. Are you a trans woman? You can't unilaterally declare you're not being criminalized while they explicitly note that any sexual activity from a trans person who hasn't disclosed they're trans can be charged as a sex crime.
