They all know that they made a deal with the devil & most of them are hopeful and praying that they’ll skate by. However, history is going to put their name in infamy and many of their family members are going to want to change their names & disavow the traitors.
If they are actually following the constitution that is fine. That is their job. The problem is when they start making up their own bullshit up like Presidential immunity.
That look gives me hope. Just a sliver. Anyone who has read her opinions can reasonably see a brilliant legal mind that is only missing moral clarity, and that often comes in time.
