That's why we're on a platform that still moderates content, not X or Threads. The good actors will be a wonderful addition and the bad ones will be weeded out.

It's not optimism, just an acceptance of reality. Small social media platforms need to grow, or they die.

If we don't want Bluesky to die - the last notable and content moderated platform - then it needs to grow. Otherwise, our only option will be screaming into the void to tumbleweed on Fediverse.
