I bumped into an elderly neighbour earlier. I've not seen her in some months (winter, working from home, etc.). She had *no* idea who I was. Might not be diagnosed as having dementia, but I can recognise it. Sad, but such is life. I'll be keeping a closer eye in future. #neighbourhoodWatch
