2/ One side will house a large paper cutter and has lift hinges for the top to move out of the way. A flat file fits underneath. The other side has a slide out sewing machine shelf. There is a bookshelf in between opposite chair space.

3/ The two of us spent a ton of time brainstorming and designing to make the best use of space. It was a lot of fun.

Thank you!! This is just construction grade lumber, ply and pocket hole joinery with a melamine top. Nothing fancy so she doesn’t have to worry if it gets dinged up. 😊
