i mean that’s quite frankly a reasonable amount of cheese. i’m curious though, what’s the one bottom right of the tillamook? it looks good and i might want to get it next trader joe’s run i do.
Oh oh oh!! THAT is a heavenly baked lemon ricotta! It’s also seasonal, but sometimes shows up in late spring. I adore it. It’s a sweeter cheese, and great with a tart apple.

I’d never seen this one. The lemon baked ricotta is outstanding so I figured this one was worth a try.

I know they’re a limited run cheese but they *just* got here and should be around until January. I can pace myself and there will be more. Probably.
