Depends how complex the game is, but you could use something like MixItUp to make a chat command fire a macro on your PC that clicks in a specific place.

Funny thing about this: been watching some of DougDoug's stuff where he does this. I don't know what app it is but there is one I've seen him use where it shows a percentage of clicks on areas of the screen.

I think that's just a thing that shows where chat *wants* to click and then he has to physically click it?
I don't know.
I don't have enough people for that to really be interesting though ^^;
