obviously this guy shouldn’t be within 100 miles of the department of defense but i think it is interesting that none of our Meritocracy Defenders have come out to say that we shouldn’t hand important jobs to plainly unqualified people like hegseth. weird! i wonder what’s different.

I'm convinced that they are trying to destroy these institutions, and these appointments are another way to do it. They want to destroy the DoD and replace it with Blackwater or whatever Erik Prince is cooking up. Same for Department of Education and Linda McMahon.
