Yeah, I think in the brief time I watched two of his scrambles generated different penalties. You can’t put yourself behind the sticks trying to keep plays alive.

He is... not good right now. I mean, some of the throws he's not taking are WIDE open. His USC background of "let me run around and be the man" needs to be suppressed.
