Twitter blocks don't really block anymore, and Twitter's T&C's now say like "We can use anything you post here (text, images, videos) in any way we want, including training AI sets"

Double whammy means there were 500k new accounts and counting created yesterday.

there's been a big influx here lately due to new policies handed down on Xitter (neutering usefulness of block feature, allow AI to scrape your posts, etc)
