Absolutely. Indigenous tribes knew the land - how to cultivate, navigate, and preserve it. The Europeans were dying on their own. They had no clue. It's only through guns that they could steal from native people and force them to comply. Without their guns every last one of them would have died.
same mentality as whining about a guy getting a pardon for screwing up on a gun application, and then breathlessly awaiting the pardons of terrorist thugs who pulled cops out of doorways to beat them, or squeeze their heads in doorways with a gang of “heave ho” yelling scumbags slamming on him.

That is 100% right! We stole their land and treated them horribly, we were not nice to the Native Americans.
