First of all, people can spread the virus to others. If some people decide “well, I don’t want the vaccine”, they’re not just endangering themselves. They’re endangering others. Also, that is what vaccines do.

I'm going to try to be kind, but it's hard when you aren't taking the time to actually understand things. A vaccine does not mean you won't get a virus, you might. It can lessen the impact of that virus. You may get covid or the flu but the vaccine in those cases protects you from dying from it.
