I need to get into my fitness seriously but I don't want to deal with people in the gym. I wish the south side had an ice rink. I would be there most mornings.
Omg I get it. But I'm not a morning person gym at 5am would make me mad all day. But skating is just nice and easy going that burns a lot of calories. Are you mostly doing weights or cardio?
You can do it! Start off with small goals to reach an ultimate goal. Remaining consistent with nutrition is key, no one can out exercise poor nutritional habits.
For instance switch one meal a day to something healthy. My go to is non fat Greek yogurt, topped with granola and mixed berries. It’s very filling and satisfying.
