It’s being appealed to the State Supreme Court. But it’s unlikely to pass since Riggs has recused herself and the rest of the Court is heavily Republican.

Appreciate the sentiment and the motive, but the court just stole the election. You would have to get 99.985% of those rejected ballot voters to file and get their ballots cured in 15 days.

The only way to stop this is going to be an appeal to the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Aren't some of these service members serving overseas or even out of state? How are they supposed to "cure" their ballot? It was my understanding that part of his complaint was that some people had registered long before drivers license numbers were required and therefore their reg was invalid.
