Perhaps they reply saying, the road(s) in question don't actually carry high volumes of 60 mph motors so on our matrix they are the "lower than the low priority" ranking = no timetable for action! 😳

Great picture but behind a paywall! It was my understanding that if a pothole was reported and not fixed in a reasonable time the council responsible would be liable for any incident caused by the pothole.

I expect they are obliged to assess the risk. They can (and did) tell me ahead of that they won't be doing anything. Cyclists use quiet roads. Cars don't. Lowest priority. No timetable required.

I did complain explaining I had evidence as why I thought defects were dangerous. And could introduce them to people who had bad falls (and surgeons who operated on them). They didn't wish to hear my evidence (i cannot contribute knowledge they dont already have). Complaint rejected
