Shifting to EVs is obviously just one part of the transport emissions challenge. But electricity can be decarbonised; petrol can’t. Manufacturing can be greened and recycling is improving.

Dan explains the ULEZ: London’s ultra-low emissions zone. It used to cover Central London and has been extended to Greater London.

Dan has found the air quality in Sydney considerably worse than in London.

We need policies in place to support sustainability, but we as consumers also need to demand cleaner options and transparency.

Polestar publishes its lifecycle analysis of emissions for producing its cars. This should be the standard.

Bit of an awkward suggestion to reduce street lighting as an efficiency measure. Reduce waste, yes, but lighting is safety and accessibility.

No talk of how abundant clean electricity could help.
