The press should be relentlessly investigating to understand who has access to this data, how it will be used, and what’s the legal authority for either accessing the data or stopping payments. Also, why isn’t a violation of the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act? Who authorized access by these people?

Bankrupt government contractors by cutting off their payments from the treasury.

Take over their companies for pennies to the dollar, and then turn on the government payment pipeline again once you have control.

And there's no one to stop you in the courts or government.
