This is laughably incorrect. Russia has roughly 1/3 the number of sailors and maybe 2/3rds the number of ships (most of which are severely outdated). The number of ships they have that are actually deployable is probably less than 1/3 of the US Navy.

Sadly Russia has a modern and formidable submarine fleet that would be a pain even for the US to deal with. Overall numbers don't matter if you can't reliably deal with that and the air/land launched ASM threat.

Rookie mistake. Way to trivialize the damage he's doing. A rookie mistake was when my first semester of teaching at a uni near Philly, I gave a Mon night class a break at about 8:30 pm when the Eagles were about to kick off a MNF game. Nobody came back. Lesson learned.
