It sucks that everything’s on fire, but at least there’s a silver lining or two here and there. I didn’t WANT to the govt to be ripped up and shredded but hey at least I wasn’t one of those evangelical churches that got their govt funding cut.

For me, the problem with shutting down USAID isn’t actually the shutting down of USAID (that’s fine with me on a macro scale). It’s the way they’re doing it that is a massive problem. The constitutional crisis it creates should worry everyone.
