Amen to this! Super stressed Jan 6th and HUNGRY. Favourite foods weren't gonna sit well, so comfort food it was: In-N-Out burger (protein-style), fries and coffee. Stomach ok with this.
Can you drink thicker things like shakes? Because when that happened to me I got meal shakes. I could at least drink them & get the basic vitamins, minerals & calories. It’s not the same as an actual meal, but it’s better than nothing!
I deal with chronic PTSD and anxiety and I get like that. I have my medical marijuana card so I will smoke a small joint before dinner and it relaxes me enough that I can eat and not feel full after 2 bites. It’s also helped with my insomnia. If you’re not ok with pot, maybe look into CBD oil.
medical marijuana is a game changer for so many people and i’m so glad you’ve found something that works and helps. sometimes weed makes me more paranoid but i guess that’s when i’m not using it medically
It could be the strain too. I usually smoke indica and indica hybrids. You may have to play around with it a bit. The way I learned it is indica = “in da couch” because you won’t want to move. Sativa is great for daytime since it doesn’t usually make you sleepy.
