Arcanum Unbounded is his collection of short stories set throughout the Cosmere. Not high priority but if you find you like his writing then check it out. It also contains Edgedancer, though that is available separately too.

reading orders won't matter that much, but for maximum understanding of the cosmere references, I'd say read Elantris before stormlight.
Also, read Mistborn: Secret History either right after the first trilogy, or after Bands of Mourning.

I suggest reading Tress after Stormlight! I read it before Stormlight as well and enjoyed it a lot, but you’ll know the Narrator better if you read Stormlight. Up to you though! Enjoy!
