They are told they will have to wait between 200 and 230 days to hear about the decision.
How much greater is left to the caller's imagination.
I could update her birth certificate to the incorrect birthday? At least then it would be consistent. I wonder if that department has employees...
Newer cards have what's called a "batch date," which is the date the card was issued. That date probably won't match your child's birthday.
