Same here. I also am hosed on PSLF due to mismanagement of my submissions. I'm not getting credit for 23 months... obviously will cost me quite a bit of extra money.

Oh, I'm totally fine; I just need to move rent from the other account and rerun the payment.

But if it's not just me -- I was in forbearance bc I'd requested an income-driven plan, and they took too long to process it. I have the savings to cover it, but not everyone who requested IDR will. :(

I've looked at my emails and the existing documents on Mohela saying when my next payment is due. They all say April. So maybe just make sure you have enough money in your account regardless.

Ok, now I need to go make sure that account can cover my rent.

I have no idea if this is a Fed thing, a Mohela thing, or a sucks-to-be-me thing. Given *waves hands* all this, I would not rely on hope, or on Dept of Ed doing what they said repeatedly in emails and website messages that they were going to do.

Hi, just came across your post in my discover tab. If u haven't done so already, u can file a dispute with your bank. ACH rules forbid debits being taken before the authorized date. (Sorry if I'm overstepping; I work for a credit union for 20yrs and audit ACH compliance)
