AOC has already said she wants to write up articles of impeachment but it doesnt really matter as courts have actually adjudicated MANY cases & have written that Trump acted unconstitutionally and abused his power and the Dems have stopped the one attempt already. Plus theres not enough GOP willing
It should still be done. The attempt matters, the effort matters. It’s a political and social coordinating point. It clarifies the stakes. To not try is just another premature capitulation.
No I agree completely & was pissed when the Dem leadership stopped Thenadar from pushing articles of impeachment he had put forward so that the Dems could "focus on" the Big Bullshit Bill which seems to be going swimmingly, getting bigger and removing more of our rights every day! #RemoveDemLeaders

Aren't "violations of the Constitution" impeachable offenses? You may not think impeachment is a political fight you want right now—I do—but once there us a vote, THE ONLY CONSIDERATION should be "Has Donald Trump commiitted impeachable offenses." If he has, vote to impeach.
How is he not impeached yet? Everything he did before this was unconsitutional. Even called himself "King" Which should have been a red flag already. He really does need to be impeached since he did not get congresss approval of this attack.
