It is absolutely insane that the Biden administration continues to place restrictions on the use of donated weapons (both American AND European). It is also crazy that Europe has not dramatically ramped up production and delivery of military aid. The EU can easily outspend & outproduce Russia.

Biden should eliminate that restriction - once the Jinn is out of the bottle and there are no escalations, it would be hard for the next administration to put it back in. If there are escalations, it would force the next admin to take action.
