Could mixing with part cement as slurry, then spray on everything ??
The hotter it gets, the harder it sets in wind ?
Or when spraying water not against wind, but with it, then like a tyre that sprays sand, spray sand on wet vegetation, blanket/snuffs out fires ?

It's only a theory of mine because salt supposedly cannot freeze so deposits into water when ice accumulates. So above a suggestion, but worth experts looking into
PCB also thought to be one of the causes for gender dysohoria. Pthalates, pesticides also thought a cause

Why not "only" allow fireworks on floating sea platforms ? Any embers falls into water ?
