The summer after my freshman year of college, I was a (very inexperienced) waitress at a family restaurant. 🍽️ A Scottish woman named Rosemary made all the desserts, and each week she would turn out cream puffs by the score for the Sunday brunch buffet. So good! I still make her poppyseed bundt loaf.
