... You won't believe this, but in Australia, for reasons I don't know, we've always pronounced GIF with the 'G' sound... The plural 'GIFs' sounds like "Gifts" (silent 'T'). 🤷‍♂️

I'm sure we'd have to be the only silly outliers on this one.
