Over recent years c.50% of agricultural farmland land has been sold to #Dyson #Clarkson private equity and the like.
That's the ordinary family farmer selling up to cash in on high land prices.
You have to have sellers to facilitate buyers.
c.50% are NOT passing the farm down the family chain.

I hate both Blackrock and Clarkson but only one has the power and wherewithal to privatise large chunks of the U.K. including land and it ain’t Clarkson.

Give me your solution to the hyper inflation engulfing agricultural land and property. A solution to the recent c. 50% cashing in on this market.
Doing nothing isn't a solution. I'm open to listening to your solution to stopping ALL ruining this sector for the genuine family farms.
