Wrist update; Attended appointment at fracture clinic, expecting to get plastered, Instead they tried to manipulate the bones back together, thankfully I had a local anaesthetic, I can only describe it as torture. Spent yesterday in pain, sleeping, feeling sorry for myself. NHS were brilliant 🤗
